Grand Bistro and Bar celebrates ribbon cutting with Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce

Brothers Chris and Jack Stoneberger, owners of The Grand Bistro and Bar in Cleveland, are joined by the Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce members and other celebrants for a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 11.

The Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce officially welcomed one of the area’s newest dining destinations with a July 11 ribbon cutting ceremony for The Grand Bistro and Bar, a stylish eatery that has quickly made a name for itself since opening in May.

Owned by brothers Chris and Jack Stoneberger, who also operate Ranch Hand Restaurant in Tarkington, The Grand Bistro and Bar is tucked inside the clubhouse at Grand Oaks Reserve Golf Course, located at 40291 Spyglass Hill Drive, Cleveland. Though slightly off the beaten path, the Stonebergers say the restaurant’s growing popularity speaks for itself.

“This might not be a place you just stumble upon, but once people find us, they come back,” said Jack Stoneberger told Bluebonnet News.

Since its grand opening, the restaurant has continued to evolve. At the ribbon cutting, the Stonebergers announced several new additions to the menu designed to satisfy a broader range of tastes. New dishes include three pasta options, a fried flounder entrée for seafood lovers seeking something light and flaky, and a ribeye steak topped with the restaurant’s signature cognac sauce. On the appetizer side, guests can now enjoy a creamy artichoke dip, among other offerings.

The Grand Bistro and Bar also features a daily happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m., during which guests can enjoy discounts on cocktails, draft beer, wine by the glass, and bottles of wine. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and is closed on Mondays.

Guests can choose to dine indoors or enjoy their meal on the patio, which offers beautiful views of the Grand Oaks Reserve Golf Course. Inside, the atmosphere is elevated by a beautiful Art Deco-inspired mural by artist Cherry Meekins.

The Stonebergers expressed their gratitude to the community, the City of Cleveland, and the Chamber of Commerce for their support in helping make the new venture a success.

In the coming week, the restaurant will launch a new website where guests will be able to browse the full menu, place online orders, and sign up for a loyalty program that rewards them with points toward food and drink discounts.
