With heavy hearts and unwavering faith, we celebrate the life and homegoing of Alfred Leviel Brown, who departed this earthly life on July 16, 2025, to enter eternal rest with his Lord and Savior. Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
Services are Friday, July 25, 2025, at Proctor’s Mortuary 3522 Washington Blvd., Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 8AM until Funeral at 10AM. Interment will be in Live Oak Memorial Park Beaumont TX.
Alfred was born to Marshall Brown and Joseph Brown in a home built on faith, love, and perseverance. His beloved mother, Marshall, and brother, Marvin Brown, preceded him in death. We rejoice in the thought that Alfred is now reunited with them, whole and at peace in the presence of the Lord.
Alfred leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and quiet strength. He is survived by his devoted father, Joseph Brown, and his loving brother, Patrick Brown, who walked beside him through life’s joys and challenges.
Though his journey on earth included trials, Alfred never lost his sense of compassion, his deep faith, or his love for family. He shared a lifelong friendship and unbreakable bond with his former wife and best friend, Katrina R. Brown. Together, they built a family rooted in love, raising two daughters, Nyasia R. Brown and Shakira R. Brown, who were the pride of his life.
His heart found new joy in his granddaughter, Kahlani R. Brown, whose laughter brought light to his soul. Alfred was also a guiding figure to his niece, Cierra Brown, and nephew, Micah Brown, pouring into their lives with wisdom, support, and unwavering love.
To know Alfred was to know kindness, quiet strength, and a soul anchored in faith. Whether through his words, his presence, or his smile, he made people feel seen, valued, and loved. His journey may be complete here on earth, but his legacy will echo through generations.
We do not mourn without hope, for we know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8). We rejoice knowing that Alfred has entered into his eternal reward, wrapped in the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Rest well, Alfred. Your work here is done, and your soul is finally at peace.
