Roy James Griffin

Roy James Griffin, 59, of Beaumont, TX, passed Aug. 20, 2025, at Baptist Hospital.

Services are Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at Universal Church of God in Christ 690 Irma St., Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon until Funeral at 1 PM. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery Beaumont, TX. Military honors will be rendered in recognition of his service to our country.

He is survived by his loving brothers, Curtis Griffin and Joshua Matthews; beloved aunts, Patricia Rocio Washington (Billy), Norma Rocio, Alice Laday, Shelia Bryant, June Rocio-Alexander (Michael), Connie Rocio, and Lorrie Nickson; and devoted uncles, Charles Rocio (Cheryl), Ronald Rocio (Nadria), William Rocio, and Patrick Rocio.

Roy will also be fondly remembered by a host of extended family, friends, and his colleagues at the United States Postal Service. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
