Marco Galvan

Marco Galvan, 43, of Devers, Texas from Seal Rock, Oregon, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, in Oregon.

Marco was born July 13, 1982, in Liberty, to parents; Tomas Galvan and Maria Angel Miranda, and was currently residing in Oregon. He was a graduate of Liberty High School, received his nursing degree from Oregon Coast Community College. Marco, a devoted nurse whose gentle heart and compassionate nature touched the lives of countless people.

Known for his caring spirit and protective nature, Marco had a special way of making everyone feel safe and valued. Whether he was caring for patients, comforting a loved one, or making someone laugh on their hardest days, he gave of himself completely. His kindness knew no limits, and his dedication to helping others was truly the essence of who he was.

Outside of his work, Marco found joy in the simple things that made life meaningful. He loved reading, playing video games, and spending time at the beach, where he felt at peace and free. These moments reflected the balance of his soul — thoughtful, playful, and deeply connected to the world around him.

Mr. Galvan was preceded in death by his father: Tomas Galvan and sister Amy Galvan. He is survived by his mother: Maria Angel Miranda, son: Taylor Barnum, sisters: Nancy Galvan, Amanda Galvan, and Maritza Miranda, brother: Abraham Azua, numerous other relatives and friends.
