Winnie Louise Miller

Winnie Louise Miller, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Oct. 19, 2025. Born on Nov. 27, 1952, in Houston, Texas, to John and Lockie Barber, Winnie lived a life full of warmth, laughter, and adventure.

Winnie had a spirited love for life. She found joy in the thrill of casinos and the camaraderie of bingo nights. Her passion for cooking filled her home with comforting meals, and her love for fishing and thrifting reflected her appreciation for simple pleasures and hidden treasures.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Sam Rocha, and her cherished children, Janell Zamora, Rosemary Herrera and Samuel Joseph Rocha, who will carry forward her legacy of love, resilience, and joy. Winnie’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
