Cecilia Ritchie Jackson

Cecilia Ritchie Jackson was born on Feb. 20, 1946, in Pennsylvania to William Miller Ritchie and Pauline Krakosky Ritchie. She passed away on Oct. 16, 2025, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 79.

Cecilia lived in Florida for many years before making Texas her home. She retired as an accountant from the Hightower Unit in Dayton, Texas. Cecilia loved baking, crafting of all kinds—especially making custom jewelry—Chinese food, and a good cup of hot tea. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Pauline Ritchie, and her beloved husband, Ralph Edward Jackson Sr.

Cecilia is survived by her children, Ralph Jackson Jr. and wife Deann of Cleveland, Texas, and Sheri Thompson and husband Mike of Zolfo Springs, Florida; brother, Joseph “JJ” Gill; sister, Helen Joann Diaz; grandchildren, Elizabeth Davidson and husband Kyler, Cody Jackson and wife Katy, Kyle Jackson and wife Emily, Jillian Morgan and husband William, and Emily Thompson; and great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Jackson, Rhett Jackson, Asher Morgan, and was anticipating the arrival of Diana Davidson.
