J. Ciro Rubio

J. Ciro Rubio, 67, of Liberty, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at his residence.

Ciro was born July 14, 1958, in Casablanca, Queretaro, Queretaro, Mexico, to parents; Antonio and Concepcion Rubio and resided in Liberty for the past 40 years. He attended school in Mexico and operated a concrete business in the construction industry. Ciro was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and enjoyed watching Chivas FC, his work, cooking, and will be remembered as a friendly, kind man with a big heart.

Mr. Rubio was preceded in death by his father: Antonio Rubio and brother: Felipe C. Rubio.

He is survived by his wife: Maria Pilar Rivera Rubio, Mother: Maria Concepcion Barcenas Sons: Maximiliano Rubio, Erick Rubio Daughters: Karen Rubio, Lourdes Rubio, Cecilia Rubio, Patricia Rubio Sisters: Maria del Carmen Mendoza, Paola Rubio and Petra Salinas Brothers: Jorge Rubio Grandchildren: Kasie Rubio, Julio Rubio, Landon Rubio, Jetzael Rubio, Dylan Rubio, Ximena Collazo, Luis Collazo, Justin Collazo, Valeria Collazo, Miriam Venegas, Martín Venegas, Miguel Venegas, Alan Jiménez, Jesús Jiménez, Jessica Jiménez, Carol Jiménez, Kevin Rubio, Camila Rubio, Liam Sebastian Rubio.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with rosary services at 7 p.m., Tuesday, at the Allison Funeral Services Chapel. Mass of Christina Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Interment following to Liberty Catholic Cemetery.
