Terry Lee Countryman, age 70, passed away on April 24, 2026. He was a loving father, brother, and grandfather whose presence brought comfort and strength to those who knew him.
Terry was a devoted family man who took great pride in his children and grandchildren. He will be remembered for his steady presence, his love for his family, and the lasting impact he made in their lives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Jody Countryman; his mother, Helen Lois Young; and his son, Terry Lee Countryman Jr.
Terry is survived by his children: Karan Jo White and husband William; Laura Lee Banda and husband Gabriel; Rebecca Ann Murray and husband Marty; and Terri Lynn Roeder. He is also survived by his stepdaughter, Staci Marie Nelson and husband Josh.
He leaves behind a cherished legacy in his grandchildren: Alexandria Elydia Molina and husband Jose; Joseph Paul Washington; Christian Gabriel Banda; Michael Andres Banda; Eric Anthony Banda; KatieLynn Nykol Jennings and husband JB; Abigale Jolena Countryman; Kaylee Joann Countryman; Kiarah Joniece Countryman; and Gentry McQueen Roeder Jr. He also dearly loved his bonus grandchildren: Khole Paige Nelson, Zoey Rae Nelson, and Chevy Wayne Borden.
Terry is also survived by his siblings: Jesse Jody Countryman Jr. and wife Phyllis; Larry Ray Countryman and wife Beth; Frankie Lois Hodge; Jeannie Marie McMillan and husband Andrew; and Judy Fay Lamb and husband Louis.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family forever.
