
Aniece O’Neta Robinson, a devoted homemaker and faithful servant of the Lord, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026, in Garrison, Texas. Born on Jan. 11, 1932, in Plum Grove, Texas, Aniece lived a Christian life with dedication and grace, truly finishing her course with strength and faith.
Throughout her life, Aniece was deeply committed to her family. She lovingly cared for her husband and children, pouring her heart into creating a warm and nurturing home. Sundays were cherished occasions in the Robinson household, as Aniece delighted in cooking for family and friends. Her signature meals—fried chicken, cornbread, mashed potatoes with gravy—were a beloved foundation for gatherings, and her desserts were nothing short of legendary. Her chocolate pies, banana pudding, and coconut cream pie left lasting memories that her loved ones will carry in their hearts forever.
Aniece is survived by her son, Floyd Wayne Robinson, and his wife, Dana; her daughter, Beverly Pelzl, and her husband, Darrell; and her daughter-in-law, Kay Robinson. She also leaves a rich legacy through her grandchildren: Robert Robinson; Gina East and her husband, Walley East; Candice Curbow and her husband, Kent Curbow; Ashley Peterson and her husband, Luke; Brian Pelzl and Sandy Williams; Kevin Peachee and his wife, Courtney; and Louie Peachee and his wife, Ashley. Among her great-grandchildren are Josh Braughan, Brooklyn Richard, Tristan Robinson and wife Amelia, Hudson Curbow, Gentry Curbow, Reese Curbow, Stella Peterson and Whitley Peterson, Brody Peachee, Abby Peachee, Karris Tyson and husband Gage, Walter Peachee, Hadley Peachee, Macie Sangster and husband Brett, and Addy Hernandez. Cherishing the next generation, Aniece also welcomed her great-great-grandchildren: Amarra Braughton, Michael Braughton, Kade Braughton, and one, who is expected in October.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Floyd V. Robinson; her sons, Walter Robinson and Donald Robinson; her parents, Pat Enloe and Annie Mae Arrendell; her stepfather, Nobel Arrendell; her sisters, Rena Luckey and Mildred Duke; her brothers, Bryant Arrendell and Wilford Arrendell; as well as her granddaughters Laurie Michelle Robinson and Heather Renee Robinson, and great-grandchildren Kody Braughton and Katelyn Aniece Braughton.
A visitation to honor Aniece’s life will be held on May 11, 2026, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Neal Funeral Home, located at 200 S Washington Ave, Cleveland, Texas, 77327. The funeral service will follow on May 12, 2026, beginning at 10 a.m., at First Baptist Church Plum Grove, 155 CR 345, Cleveland, Texas, 77327. Interment will follow at Plum Gove Cemetery next to the church.
The family invites all who knew Aniece to join in remembering a woman whose love, faith, and dedication touched so many. Her legacy as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and as a faithful Christian, remains a beacon of warmth and inspiration. Aniece O’Neta Robinson will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
