
Teresa ‘ Teri’ Jean Redner Taylor, 75, of Liberty, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026, at her residence.
Teri was born May 13, 1950, in Ohio, to parents; William and Veryl (Macbeth) Redner. A former resident of Michigan and California, she resided in Liberty, Texas for the past 30 years to be close to her daughter and grandchildren.
She received her bachelor’s in nursing from San Fransico State University and was a retired registered nurse. She spent many years of her career serving at the San Francisco Veteran’s Hospital and later at Liberty/Dayton Regional Medical Center. Teri was a former marathon runner, and her favorite runs were along the California coastlines and through Golden Gate Park. She enjoyed anything that brought her close to nature, her family, and walking her beloved dog.
Ms. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Barbara Redner and Marianne Fruchey.
She is survived by her daughter: Jennifer Fierro and husband George, brother: Michael Redner, grandchildren: Gavan Motschman and wife Cierra Motschman, Madelyn Grace Motschman and fiance’ Zach Pike, great-grandchildren: Ren Thomas Motschman and Raelan Nichole Motschman, and several nieces and nephews.
The family appreciates the love and prayers shared during this time and will hold a private celebration of her life.
