Robert Coburn Brady was born in Jackson, Miss., on Oct. 11, 1957, to parents, Robert Joseph Brady Jr and Mary Margaret Weston Brady. He went to his Heavenly Home on May 28, 2026, at the age of 68.
Robert worked hard in the construction industry and could build anything with his hands. He could often be found at various sporting events, including football and baseball games. Robert loved to travel and especially enjoyed his many trips to Las Vegas to the casinos.
One of Robert’s favorite time of year was the holidays and being together with his family, where he loved baking for them. Robert had a great faith in God and loved going to church.
His greatest love was for his family and he was so proud of his wife, kids, and grandkids. His love and generosity will be greatly missed by everyone who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Joseph and Mary Margaret Brady; his daughter, Dana Brady. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Diana Brady; children, Mary Dempsey, Molly Brady, and Javon Brady; brother, William Brady and wife Carla; sisters, Helen Sanders and husband Rick, Ann Lane and husband Tim, and Catherine Contreras and husband Russell; grandchildren, Tiffany Daney Fergeson, Chance Michael Fergeson, Makayna Nicole Brady; great granddaughter, Pasley Hayes Nisbet; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Pastor Kirk Hall officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m.
