Floy Ann Fregia

Floy Ann Fregia, a cherished soul whose life was a testament to love, faith, and joy, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, in Bullard, Texas. Born on Dec. 13, 1940, in Luling, Texas, Floy Ann lived a full and meaningful life, treasured by all who knew her.

Her unwavering faith was the cornerstone of her life. A devoted follower of her Lord and Savior, she found strength and peace in her spiritual journey, inspiring those around her with her steadfast belief and grace. Floy Ann loved her family deeply and found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life—spending precious moments surrounded by loved ones and friends.

She is warmly remembered by her daughters, Tammy Fregia Summers and husband Dale, Denice Fregia Davis, and Sondra Fregia. Her legacy continues vibrantly through her grandchildren—Robert Davis and wife Nadine, Christopher Smith and wife Ann, William Smith and wife Kayla, Joshua Smith and wife Nina, Jay Blaylock, Tonya Hill and husband Benjamin, and Lindsey Blaylock. The light of her life extended even further to 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren who carry her spirit in their hearts.

Her parents, Joe Lenard Gray and Janice Roberta Maxey and husband Robert Fregia preceded her in death, but their memory lives on as part of the foundation that shaped her compassionate and loving nature.

Friends, family, and community members will gather to honor and remember Floy Ann’s life at a visitation on June 18, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Faith & Family Funeral Services, Inc., located at 40847 TX-105, Batson, Texas. The funeral service will take place the following day, June 19, 2026, at 2 p.m., at New Life Church Batson, 42493 Texas 105 with Pastor Bill Campbell officiating, with burial to follow at Guedry Cemetery, 11713 Batson Prairie Road, starting at 3:30 p.m.

Honoring Floy as pallbearers are Darren, Davis, Blake Davis, Robbie Davis, Jay Blaylock, Jason Blaylock, Christopher Smith, William Smith and Joshua Smith.

Floy Ann Fregia’s presence was a blessing to many—her laughter, warmth, and steadfast love created bonds that will never be broken. As we say goodbye, we hold close the memories she gifted us, finding comfort in the knowledge that her spirit endures in each family gathering, each act of kindness, and every quiet moment of faith. Her life was a beautiful story of dedication to family and faith, and though she is deeply missed, her legacy of love will forever illuminate the hearts of all who knew her.
