Audra Elizabeth LeNormand, age 78, of Liberty, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026.
Audra was born on July 7, 1948, to Jessie B. Wright and Martha Mae Biggs Wright. She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Monroe “M.C.” Charles LeNormand; her parents, Jessie and Martha Wright; and her sisters, Ruby Ellen Fontenot and Vickie Aronda Whitman.
Audra is survived by her son Jessie Packard and Grandchildren Elizabeth Jean Gauthier and husband Guy Gauthier Jr., Justin and Ty Packard, Corey McCracken and wife Amanda, great grandchildren, Wyatt, Alaina and Kooper, nephews and nieces, Ronald Fontenot Jr. and wife Crissa, Angelique Fontenot, Heather Whitman and husband Donald Baker, and Hollie Alexander and husband Bo. She is also survived by her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Jakubas, Pierce Staley, Jaxon and Benjamin Fontenot.
Audra lived a quiet life in Liberty, Texas, and cherished the time she spent with those she loved. She shared a lifetime of memories and adventures with M.C., and together they built a life rooted in family, service, and simple joys. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her strength, and the love she had for her family.
She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through the generations of family who were blessed to know her.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Until we meet again.



Oh my! Such good memories of her back in the 70’s and 80’s. She was Snappy’s. Our high school refuge and safe place to meet. A wonderful lady. She will be missed!
