Kenneth Ray Dean was born in Houston, Texas, on Aug. 20, 1955, to parents, Clavis Eugene Dean and Betty Joan Cain Fulcher. He passed away in Conroe, Texas, on Aug. 6, 2026, at the age of 70.
Kenneth was a residential electrician for most of his life, and he loved being outdoors. He especially loved fishing and being around all of God’s wonderful creations.
His greatest love in life was for his family and he worked hard to provide them with a loving home.
Kenneth cherished the 51 years of marriage to Denise, and he was proud of their two children. Kenneth was a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather that will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Joan Cain Fulcher; step father, Lloyd Fulcher; brothers, James Dean and Rickey Dean.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Denise Dean; father, Eugene Dean and wife Joyce; children, Samantha Hunt and husband Adam, and Jason Dean and wife Tara; brothers, Ronald Dean and wife Pat, and Larry Dean and wife Ruby; grandchildren, Ayden Dean, Brynnlee Dean, Kellie Tate, and Fabiola Reyes; great-grandson, Saulo “Penguin”; gazillion nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Service is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. with Minister Gary Shiflet officiating. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Pallbearers for the service will be, Ayden Dean, Bubba Dean, Chase Parrish, Elisio Galvan, Doug Mitschke, James Cole, and Saulo “Penguin”. Honorary Pallbearers will be, David Richardson and Aaron Davis.
