- Lowe, Michael Craig – Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport
- Rivera, Alan Josue – Speeding 10 percent or more above posted speed, No Driver’s License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Driving While License Invalid
- Sims, Kenneth Allen – Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon
