Judy was always one to help and take care of others. Throughout her entire life, her nurturing spirit and dedication to young people shone brightly. From helping care for her seven siblings to working with Sunday School and Scouting, Judy has been working with kids from the very beginning.
Because of this lifelong passion, it seemed natural for her to teach school when she went back to finish college after raising her family. She was a natural in the classroom, impacting countless students with her warmth and wisdom. Her dedication to education and her students extended far beyond the school day; she also supervised and worked with band color guard and was a regular fixture at school functions.
Judy’s love for her community was also reflected in her faith and her hobbies. She was active in church activities and even participated in the local community band, sharing her talents and time generously.
When she passed, she was surrounded by family and friends that loved and respected her, so she leaves behind a large number of those who mourn her loss. Judy touched so many lives that the outpouring of sympathy and affection was not a surprise to those who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her selfless heart and the profound legacy she leaves behind.
