Delores Ann Wheaton, 73, of Beaumont, Texas, passed Sept. 19, 2026.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 02, 2026, at Green Lawn II Cemetery, 1995 Gill St., Beaumont TX.
Delores Ann Wheaton was born on February 15, 1953, and passed away peacefully on September 19, 2026. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who was deeply loved by many.
Delores was known for her loving heart, generous spirit, and the way she made people feel welcome. If you knew her, you knew that one of the best ways she showed her love was through food. She was an amazing cook who could truly “throw down” in the kitchen. It did not matter who you were or where you came from, if you were around Dolores, she was going to make sure you had something to eat. Feeding others was one of the many ways she showed how much she cared.
Delores held a special place in her heart for her brother, Denzel, and her oldest granddaughter Passion Sweet. Her family was important to her, and the memories she created with the people she loved will continue to live on through them.
She leaves to cherish her memory her three children: Daryl Edwards, Terri Lynn, and Ross Edwards, better known as Weasel; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Delores will be remembered for her love, her generosity, her sense of family, and, of course, the love she put into every meal she prepared. Though she will be deeply missed, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
