Gail Ann Nedbalek Jordan was born Oct. 25, 1961, in Harris County, Texas, to parents, Frank George Nedbalek and Carmen Laverne Buckalew Nedbalek. She passed away in Lufkin, Texas, on Oct. 30, 2026, at the age of 65.
Gail served her community as a nurses aid for many years and she loved her patients and took great pride in seeing them get well. Her greatest love was for her family and she always provided a warm and loving home for them.
Gail will be greatly missed by her community, patients, family, and everyone that loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank George and Carmen Laverne Nedbalek; brother, Joe Nedbalek.
Gail is survived by her beloved husband of 26 years, Simon Jordan; beloved children, Kim Glawson and husband Greg, Dana Jordan, Robert Jordan Jr. and wife Corey, and Amber Poore and husband Thomas; beloved brothers, Guy Nedbalek and Frankie Nedbalek; beloved sister, Kay Nedbalek; beloved grandchildren, Nicole, Jasmine, Alyssa, Kayla, Jamie, C.T., Aeryn, Alicia, Michael, Ivan, Kortney, Destiney, Thomas, Michael, Josh, and Kylee; beloved 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. Graveside Service will begin at 1 p.m. at Wells Cemetery in Cleveland, Texas, with Pastor Larry Wyant officiating. Pallbearers for the service will be, Greg Glawson, Robert Jordan, Frankie Jordan, Michael Jordan, Josh Poore, and Thomas Poore. Honorary Pallbearer will be, Brenton Jordan. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to Pace-Stancil Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
