Funeral services for Bro. Matthew Lee Haggard, 46, of Ft. Jesup, LA, will be held

on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Fort Jesup
with Bro. Harland Strother officiating. Burial will be at the Harrell Cemetery,
Coldspring, TX, on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will begin on
Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 5:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Fort Jesup.

Matthew Lee Haggard was born on Wednesday, September 29, 1971 in Reno, NV.
He passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Many, LA. He was preceded in
death by his father, James Haggard; and grandparents, Clifton and Alouise
Haggard and Bill and Emogene Mize.

He is survived by his wife, April Haggard of Ft. Jesup, LA; sons: Samuel James
Haggard of Ft. Jesup, LA and Brenden Wayne Haggard of Ft. Jesup, LA; mother,
Betty Haggard of Gun Barrell City, TX; brother, Kyle Haggard and wife Connie of
Athens, TX; sister, Holly Bailey and husband Mark of Gun Barrell City, TX;
nephews: Drew Haggard, Tyler Haggard, Roland Bailey, Sebastian Ban, Dominick
Ban and Hunter Vasquez; nieces: Reba Bailey, Hannah Vasquez and Anneliese
Ban; along with a host of friends.

Pallbearers: Drew Haggard, Ty Haggard, Sebastian Ban, Dominick Ban, Lloyd
DuBose, Hunter Vasquez, Cameron Jones and Weston Jones
Honorary Pallbearer: Roland Bailey
