David Earl Simmons

David Earl Simmons, 75, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was born on Thursday, November 19, 1942 in Liberty, Texas to Andrew Lucius Simmons and Martha Melvina Simmons, both of whom have preceded him in death. David was also preceded in death by his brother, James Simmons and sister, Belle Brock. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 29 years Lavelta Simmons; sons, Tim Isaacks, Luther Isaacks and wife Bridgett; daughters, Patricia McCown, Dena Youngblood, Sabrina Simmons; brothers, HN Simmons, Andy Simmons, Jack Simmons and wife Joyce, Bob Simmons; sisters, Francis Willis, Barbara Ann Brock; Grandchildren, Joshua McCown, Justin Holder, James Isaacks, Mary Ann Isaacks, Tyler Gene Isaacks, Leanne Isaacks, Zack Youngblood; great-grandchild, Kurig Isaacks; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for David will be held at Neal Funeral Home on August 01, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral Services for will be held at Neal Funeral Home on August 01, 2018, at 11:00 AM. Interment for David will immediately follow at Big Creek Cemetery in Shepherd. Bro. George Hayden will be officiating.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
