JoAnne McWilliams Bass

JoAnne McWilliams Bass, 68, of Dayton, passed away Friday December 7, 2018 in Baytown, Texas. Mrs. Bass born January 13, 1950 in Seattle, Washington to parents, Joseph and Verna Mae McWilliams.

Service for JoAnne will be 7:00 p.m., Friday December 14, 2018 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas with Pastor George Finney officiating. Visitation will be Friday December 14, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., prior to service.
Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John E. Bass, Jr., and her sister, Della Ward.

JoAnne had been a resident of Dayton for 30 years and was a former resident of Deer Park and Pasadena. JoAnne’s husband, John, held her heart for more than fifty years. She was a member of New Life Church. JoAnne was a homemaker and loved her children and grandchildren.

JoAnne is survived by daughters, Cindy Bargas and husband Pete, Jr., Sherry Payne and husband Ben; brothers, Dale McWilliams, Jeff McWilliams and Clayton McWilliams; sisters, Dian Raulerson, Sharon Partin and husband Ed; grandchildren, Paeten Bargas, Makenna Bargas, Matthew Payne, and Steven Payne; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
