Raymond “Ricky” Roscoe Rice, Jr.

Raymond “Ricky” Roscoe Rice, Jr. 77 of Liberty, Texas passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Kingwood, Texas. He was born June 29, 1941 in Houston, Texas to parents Raymond Roscoe Rice, Sr. and Corrine Moore Rice.

Memorial service for Ricky will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.

Mr. Rice was a longtime resident of the Liberty area and had worked as a machinist. He enjoyed collecting guns and was a race car driver.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Judy Rice and brother, Paul Rice. He is survived by his son, Richard Rice and wife Kelly of Dayton; grandchildren, Ryan Rice and companion Khaela Tinstey, Dixie Verneuil and Rusty Rice; great-grandchildren, Jayce Verneuil, Zoey Rice, Ryance Rice, and Oaklee Rice; sisters, Denise Hannusch and husband Donnie, Betty Raye Henry; and Corinna Steele; also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
