Janie Pearl Potter

Janie Pearl Potter, age 83 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019. She was born December 13, 1935 in Cleveland, Texas to parents Melvin Allen and Bula Lee Whitmire who preceded her in death along with her husband, Bill Potter; granddaughter, April Kruzan; and great-grandson, David Pixley.

Survivors include her daughters, Janie and Joe Calhoun, Brenda and Gary Parsons, Eccie and Steven Wood; sons, Bill and Delores Potter, Steve and Kristine Potter, Jack and Shirley Potter, and Joe Potter; sisters, Odessa Caswell, and Hazel Whitmire; brothers, Marion “Bean” Whitmire, William “DD” Whitmire, Ray Whitmire, Lewis Whitmire, and Arthur Whitmire; grandchildren, Angie, Diane, Jason, Tony, Lynn, Billie, Shannon, Cory, Misty, Dale, John, Trevor, Katy, Ashley, Alisha, Brandy, Jason, Stephanie, Kevin, McKayla, Travis, Forrest, Dillon and Charlie Faye; 54 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
