Irene Faulkner

Irene Faulkner, age 85 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019. She was born May 22, 1933 in Cleveland, Texas to parents J. Dee Clark and Virgie Brown Clark who preceded her in death along with her husband, Joel Howard Faulkner; brothers, Louie Dee Clark and Marvin Clark; and grandson, Edward Laroy Faulkner.

Irene was a devoted mother. She loved gambling, fishing, cooking, and most of all, her precious puppy, Scooter.

Survivors include her son, Joe Faulkner and wife Christle; sister, LeNora Faye Walker and husband L.G., grandchildren, Joe Faulkner, Jr. and wife Cheryl, Jasmine Rena’ Faulkner and husband Robert – USAF; great-grandchildren, Destiny Cameron, Robert Cameron, Darryl Patterson-USN and wife Marrisa, and Amanda DeMillia; numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 8, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas officiated by Bro. Troy Moore and Bro. L.D. Allen. Interment will follow at Squier Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
