Kathryn Ann Phillips

Kathryn Ann Phillips, 61, of Hull passed away Saturday April 6, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Ann was born May 14, 1957 in Liberty, Texas to her parents, Ray Shaw Mason and Vera Dryden.

Funeral service for Ann will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday April 9, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home chapel in Dayton with Brother Chris Contreras officiating. Interment will follow at Hardin Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Glenn Neumann, Bobby McKinney, Tony Alexander, Jarrod Land, Johnny Green, and Clayton Land. Honorary pallbearers are Pat Phillips, Jerry Green and Chad Green. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday April 8, 2019 at Pace Stancil Dayton.

Ann was born and reared in Liberty and was a graduate of Liberty High School Class of 1975 after which, she attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. She lived in Hull for the past 38 years. Ann was City Secretary for the city of Daisetta for several years.

Ann was preceded in death by her father, Ray Mason, Sr.; mother Vera Dryden Mason and brother, Ray Mason, Jr.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donnie Phillips; sons, Jacob Phillips and wife, Rachel, and Joshua Phillips and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Harper Phillips, William Phillips and Samuel Phillips; sisters, Lynn Neumann and husband, Glenn, and Janet McKinney and husband, Bobby; sister-in-law, Peggy Miller; nieces, Jaime Richardson and Ally McKinney; nephew, Jarrod Land and wife, Courtney; great nephew, Clayton Land.
