Victims of mass shooting in Cleveland identified by JP

The names of the shooting victims on Wednesday at B Dependable Plumbing in Cleveland are now public, according to Liberty County Pct. 6 Justice of the Peace Ralph Fuller.

Fuller said he had been authorized by the Texas Rangers investigating the case to release the names to the news media. The surviving victims, in addition to Liberty County Sheriff’s Deputy Richard Whitten, are brothers, Chris Grubb and David Grubb, of Cleveland. Both suffered gunshot wounds to the head, Fuller said, adding that Chris also was shot in the neck.

Their conditions are unknown. The female victim who died is Toni Kelly, 61, of Hockley.
