Cleveland welcomes new 24-hour emergency care facility

HCA Houston 24/7 is nearly ready to open its doors in Cleveland. The new emergency care center is owned by the parent company of Kingwood Hospital.

The Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce welcomed its newest member and local emergency care facility, HCA Houston ER 24/7, with a traditional ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 11.

“With this facility, we are going to bring high quality patient care to this community. Our goal is to care like family, and we are going to bring that to Cleveland,” said Director Desirae Perry.

HCA Houston ER 24/7 is an extension of the Kingwood Hospital and provides continuity of care allowing for a smooth process in being admitted to the Kingwood Hospital campus or referring to its network of Houston area specialty hospitals.

The new facility will employ approximately 20 Cleveland-area residents. It opened on Monday, July 15.
