Dayton students recently attended in the the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America national leadership conference in Anaheim, Calif.
The students were among the 8,700 attendees from across the United States and Puerto Rico who attended workshops on national programs. They had countless opportunities to network and make lifelong connections.
Carolina Tinajero and Cherokee Johnson competed in Applied Math for Culinary Management STAR event and earned a silver medal, ranking second in the Southern Region.
Ruben Aguilar and Marina Castillo attended the conference as part Texas FCCLA Region IV Officer Team.
