
Hundreds of people lined the streets of downtown Liberty on Saturday, Oct. 12, for the TVE Baby Parade. As he has for decades, Bill Buchanan with KSHN radio announced the Trinity Valley Exposition Baby Parade to his listeners. After selling the FM station earlier this year, KSHN has moved to an online radio station at http://www.KSHN.com. For more than 30 years, Sandra Sterling has announced the entries for the Trinity Valley Exposition Baby Parade in downtown Liberty. The parade is among the longest-running baby parades in the United States. Grace Williams, the Miss TVE Rodeo for 2018, and 2019 queen candidates Mary Dowdell and Maci Collins carried the United States, Texas and TVE flags during the baby parade on Saturday, Oct. 12, in Liberty. Hometown Tire and Auto, owned by TVE Vice President Rob Jones, sponsored this year’s TVE Baby Parade in downtown Liberty. The parade was held on Saturday, Oct. 11.
