Eleazar Escobar Limon

Eleazar Escobar Limon, 46, of Dayton passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 after a tragic accident. She was born March 14, 1973 in Mexico to parents, Ignacio Angel Escobar and Natividad Garcia Escobar.

Service for Eleazar will be 11:00 a.m.., Saturday, October 26, 2019 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Anne’s Catholic Cemetery in Eastgate. Visitation for Mrs. Limon will be 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2019 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening at Pace-Stancil.

Eleazar had lived in Dayton for the past nine years and had been a long-time resident of Hardin. Her family was very important to her and she was a devoted mother. Elia loved to cook and help others. She would cook extra food for everyone to take home, but her missing Tupperware was a sore subject with her. She enjoyed the outside with her plants and flowers and loved the ranch. She was a member of the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.

Eleazar was preceded in death by her grandparents and her grandchild Adrian Ray Collins. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Lorenzo Limon; her parents, Ignacio and Natividad Escobar; sons, Joshua Collins and wife Whitney York and Steven Collins; brothers, Filiberto Escobar and wife Ana, Angel Escobar and wife Griselda, and Gustavo Escobar; sisters, Maria Luisa Escobar, Margarita Netro and husband Benito and Marina Garcia and husband Ildelsonso; nieces and nephews, Yessenia Almendarez, Sandra Almendarez, Victor Escobar, Edgar Garcia, Tony Almendarez, Jessica Garcia, Miguel Escobar, Cynthia Escobar, Elizabeth Escobar, Jackelyne Escobar, Daniela Escobar, Christopher Escobar, and Lizabeth Escobar; also numerous other relatives and friends.
