Cleveland man, imprisoned for online solicitation of a minor, is arrested again on same charge

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office says 43-year-old Brandon Coe was arrested on Dec. 11 on charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor Sexual Conduct. The DA’s Office is currently investigating these charges.

Prosecutor Chris Seufert with the DA’s Office told Bluebonnet News that Coe was arrested in 2011 on charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor and Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child, and he was convicted of both of those charges in 2013.

Coe received 12 years on the Online Solicitation charge and 10 years on the Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child charge. Seufert said the sentences ran concurrently, and the minimum parole eligibility on each is serving 25 percent of the sentence.

Seufert said Coe was on parole when he was arrested on Dec. 11.
