Leadership East Texas, Inc. (LET) is actively seeking Sponsors, Municipal Members, and new enrollees for the upcoming 2024-25 class set to commence on Sept. 18, 2024.
Dedicated to developing and enhancing current and future leaders of East Texas, LET, a 501c3 non-profit organization, holds a key mission to identify and nurture emerging and existing leaders. The aim is to equip these individuals with a comprehensive understanding of local issues, while helping them cultivate essential leadership skills that contribute to the betterment of the community in terms of livability, work, and leisure.
Established in late 2020 by the Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, LET’s yearly intake involves a select group of business and community leaders who are eager to refine their leadership abilities and work on a class project intended to benefit the community. The hands-on experience gained in the class project allows participants to actively apply their leadership skills while making a meaningful contribution to the community.
Businesses and organizations within the county are invited to propose potential projects for the upcoming class year. The deadline for project submissions is Aug. 12, 2024, and all applications should be emailed to leadershipeasttexas@gmail.com.
