Louis Pigott was born Sept. 1, 1937, in Tylertown, Mississippi, to parents, W.O. Pigott and Ruby Lee Stevens Pigott. He passed away in Colmesneil, Texas, on Nov. 1, 2024 at the age of 87.
Louis served our country in the US Air Force from 1954-1957. He lived in Colmesneil, Texas, and was former resident of Cleveland, Texas, and Onalaska, Texas. Louis was a pipefitter and a supervisor for Don Love Inc. for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.
Louis loved his family and was a great Daddy, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W.O. and Ruby Lee Pigott; son, Terry L. Pigott; brother, Buddy Pigott. Louis is survived by his beloved daughter, Paige Pigott; brothers, Lance Pigott and Larry Pigott; grandchildren, Jason Pigott, Jesse Pigott, Kenna Moore, Korenna Higgins and husband Tres, Justin Pigott, and James Pigott; great-grandchildren, Avalyn Higgins, Brooklyn Higgins, Mariah Pendergraft, Brooklyn Pigott, and Zoey Pigott. No services have been scheduled.
