New Whataburger in Splendora holds grand opening

Burgerworks Texas LLC opened the first Whataburger in Splendora on Friday, Dec. 20. Burgerworks Texas LLC also owns Whataburger locations in Liberty, Dayton and Cleveland in neighboring Liberty County.

“We’re beyond excited to join the Splendora community and serve our neighbors bold, fresh flavors at our newest Whataburger location,” Operating Partner Alicia Farrell said. “This restaurant at 14548 US 59-BUS is more than a place to grab a great meal—it’s a spot for the fine folks of Splendora to gather, connect, and create memories over their favorite Whataburger classics.”

The restaurant will open with 24-hour drive-thru and dining room service. In the coming weeks, Whataburger plans to roll out additional service options, including ordering via the Whataburger App and Whataburger.com for curbside pickup and delivery. Guests will be served by 100 local employees called Family Members, led by Farrell.

The first guest in line at the drive-thru and the first dining room gests received Whataburger gift baskets. The next 100 customers received special Whataburger gifts.

Whataburger is open 24/7, 364 days a year (closed Christmas Day). Breakfast is served from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m.
