Jesse Ray Vaughan, 63, of Liberty, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025, at his residence.
Jesse was born March 29, 1961, in Conroe, to parents Bobby Ray and Francis Eloise Williams Vaughan. Jesse resided in Devers, Raywood, and Liberty throughout his life. He was a graduate of the Liberty High School class of 1980, owner/operator of Vaughan and Son Trucking, and Baptist by faith. Jesse also enjoyed spending time in his shop, woodworking, gardening, and collecting tools.
Mr. Vaughan was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Teresa LaFour, and nephew: William “Bill” Trevor Moore. He is survived by his sister: Debra Moore and husband Butch, brother-in-law: Sidney LaFour, nieces and nephews: Terrica Roberson and husband Brandon, Trent LaFour, Stephanie Neuman and husband Dusty, and Richard Adam Moore, RN, great-niece and nephew: Ada and Quinton Neuman, numerous other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Allison Funeral Service Chapel in Liberty. Graveside services will be private for the family.
