Beatrice Rhoden

Beatrice Rhoden was born in Montgomery County, Texas on Oct. 27, 1934, to parents, Louis Rhoden and Minnie Ola Tipton Rhoden. She passed away in New Caney, Texas on July 9, 2025, at the age of 90 years. 

Beatrice was a longtime resident of Cleveland, Texas and graduated from Cleveland High School. She then moved to Houston and worked for various companies. Later in life she lived in Cape Corals, Florida before returning home to Cleveland, Texas. Beatrice was well known for cooking, especially her French Silk Pie. Her greatest love in life was her family. She loved her siblings and loved doting on all her nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Beatrice will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her and loved her. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Minnie Ola Rhoden; brothers, Harold Rhoden, Raymond Rhoden, and Ezell Rhoden; sister, Ellen Poling. Beatrice is survived by her brothers, Dick Rhoden, and Louis Rhoden and wife Bettye; 18 nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel from 2-3 p.m. Funeral Service will begin at 3pm with Hal Small officiating. Burial will follow in the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
