Frances Elaine Risner

Frances Elaine Risner was born in Houston, Texas, on Dec. 12, 1946, to parents, Nolan Chastain and Johnie Mae Selph Chastain. She passed away in Coldspring, Texas on Aug. 23, 2025, at the age of 78 years. 

Frances was a loving and devoted person who always put other’s needs before her own needs. She cared about people and also cared for all her animals, which include her cats, dogs, cows, chickens and all of God’s creations. Frances was a logistics manager and owner of A&F Trucking. Her greatest love was for her family and she will be greatly missed by them and everyone in the community. 

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan and Johnie Mae Chastain; husband, Andrew Zivotosky. She is survived by her beloved husband, Alton Risner; beloved daughter, Lisa Winters; beloved son, Andy Wayne Zivotosky; beloved grandsons, Troy Winters and Kirby Leon Winters. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Bro. Dalton Currie officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Troy Winters, Kirby Leon Winters, Eric Canfield, Kyle Shoemaker, Ronald Risner, and Javier Miranda. Honorary Pallbearer will be Jack Durell.
