Edward Talbin Sellers

Edward Talbin Sellers, 53, of Beaumont, Texas, departed life on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025.

Services are Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Proctor’s Mortuary Beaumont, TX. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. until Funeral 10 a.m. Interment will be in Live Oak Cemetery, Beaumont, Texas.

Edward, affectionately known as (BOOMA) was born on Jan. 15, 1972, in Beaumont Texas, to Edward E. Sellers and Wilma L. Taylor Sellers.

He attended BISD schools and was a 1990Graduate of Central High School. After high school he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he lived for ten years before returning home to Beaumont Texas as a local and cross-country truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his father: Edward E. Sellers, Paternal grandparents: Lollis & Manella Sellers, Maternal grandparents: McHenry & Josephine Taylor, five Aunts, one Uncle and his brother: Deonza D. Hills.

He is survived by his mother: Wilma L. Taylor Sellers, son: Brandon Sellers and a granddaughter. Brother: Troy L. Sellers of Beaumont TX. Sisters: LaToya Johnson (Raymond) of Beaumont TX, Marisha Sellers of Baton Rouge LA, and Tiffany M. Sellers of Dallas TX; as well as a host of other family and best friends Raymond Chaison III and DeWayne Curtis.
