Daniel Leshaun Julius

Daniel Leshaun Julius, 36, of Liberty, Texas, peacefully transitioned to his heavenly home on Sept. 10, 2025.

Daniel was born on April 20, 1989, in Houston, Texas, to Prentice L. and Patricia A. Julius and grew up in the Liberty area.  

Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Turkey Creek Baptist Church 1900 Wallisville Rd., Liberty, TX. Visitation will begin at 9AM until Funeral at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Wells Cemetery, Liberty, Texas.

It was in his early years that Daniel developed a love for sports and excelled in all that he played, including football, basketball, baseball, and track and had many trophies and awards to prove it. He had the love and support of his parents and big sister with his mom being one of his little league basketball coaches.

Daniel attended school in Liberty, Texas and was a part of the class of 2007 where he gained many lifelong friends and developed his love of music which led him into an early love of making music.  He also had a love of working on cars, which he gained from his dad and enjoyed countless hours working side by side under the hoods of various cars.

Daniel is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia A. Julius, paternal grandparents Prentice & Lessie Julius, maternal grandparents Jackie (JP) and Esther Randolph, three Uncles David and Mark Randolph, Harvey Williams and various other family members.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his father Prentice L. Julius, sister Tanisha (Troy) Arceneaux, sister Alisa Braxton, niece Ajiah (Ajiah wee as he called her) Arceneaux, nephew Joe Jackon, God-Parents Joe Edwards and Pamela Randolph-Dickerson as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends who will forever remember his giving soul, faith, warmth, strength and love for family and friends.
