Barbara Elizabeth Trevathan

Barbara Elizabeth Trevathan, 62, of Point Blank, Texas passed away on Nov. 23, 2025. She was born on April 9, 1963, to Red and Frances Walker. She was a devoted and loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose kindness, strength, and compassion touched all who knew her.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Red Walker and Frances Grimes; her husband, Roger Trevathan; her daughter, Bobbie Jo Richard; and her brother, James Walker.

She is survived by her children: Brandee McNary and husband Jerrod, Barbara Hollingsworth, and Kari Thomas and husband Robert. She is also survived by her siblings: Chuck Walker, Debbie Walker, Tracy Yeager, Frances Duke, and Kathy Yeager-Spencer.

Her grandchildren—Jasper McNary, Kaleb McNary, Parker McNary, Katelyn Hollingsworth, Brittney Hollingsworth, Sarah Hollingsworth, Tommy Thomas Tristan Thomas, Harvey Benoit, and Ariana Benoit—along with her great-grandchildren, Waylon McNary, Harper Thomas, and Remington Hinkle, brought great joy to her life.

Barbara is also remembered with love by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
