Team members from Southside Bank, local leaders, and community members gathered to celebrate the completion of the Bank’s new, full-service branch in Cleveland, Texas, on April 9, 2026. The newly constructed branch, located at 200 E. Crockett in Cleveland and adjacent to the Bank’s previous location, represents both a continued investment in the community and a milestone marking 100 years of continuous banking service to the Cleveland area.
While the branch is new, the commitment to Cleveland is longstanding. This location has served local families, businesses, and individuals since 1926, carrying forward a century of relationship banking.

The Bank lobby is open Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The drive-thru is open Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
