
Robert “Bob” Morris Wallace, 78, of Wallisville, passed away Friday, April 24, 2026, at the Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital in Baytown, Texas surrounded by his family.
Bob has a lead a very full life focused on God and family. Bob came into this world on Jan. 24, 1948, born in Baytown, Texas to William O. Wallace and Hope L. Haskins Wallace. He graduated from Barbers Hill High School in 1966 where he had met and married the love of his life, Judy. Bob was a philanthropist and a pillar of the community through multiple business endeavors spanning from rice farming to owning Wallisville Propane for over 20 years and property management, and not the least of which was his service to God as a member of Anahuac Church of Christ. Further reaffirming his commitment to his community, he stepped into the role of Justice of the Peace, in which he dutifully served for 21 years. Bob enjoyed his work as a Judge and operating heavy equipment, but above all he loved being a dedicated and passionate follower of Christ and encouraged others to pursue their walk with God.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and son: Robert Morris Wallace, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Judith Lynn Harmon Wallace, daughters: Lisa Renee Wallace Gore and husband Jimmy, Tammie Lynn Wallace Turner and husband Colby, Cindy Anne Wallace Davis and husband Ed, sister: Beth Anne Banks, brother: W.O. Wallace, Jr., grandchildren: Wyatt Wallace, Garrett Gore and fiancé Alexis, Courtney Foster and fiancé Jerry Marsh, Kylie Tipton and husband Reid, Bobbie Sullivan and husband Kyle, Jenna Turner, Tiffany Farias and husband John, Brittany Davis and husband Harold, and Trey Davis, seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Tilton Family Cemetery in Old River-Winfree.
