Dorothy M Bracewell Presnull, 88, of Moss Bluff, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026, at her residence.
Dorothy was born May 29, 1937, in Moss Bluff, to parents John Bracewell and Lois DeBerry, a former resident of Baytown, and has resided in Moss Bluff since 1972. She was a homemaker, and faithful member of Heights Baptist Church. Dorothy enjoyed life, she loved spending time with her family, feeding and watching birds, planting flowers, raising bantam chickens and was a very good cook.
Mrs. Presnull was preceded in death by her father: John Braceell, mother: Lois Bracewell Jannise, husband: Robert Henry ‘RH’ Presnull, daughters: Lois Mae Taft Byars and Debra Ables, sister: Nancy Jackson, and brother: Kenneth Bracewell.
She is survived by her son: Eddie Presnull and wife Charlotte, daughter: Patricia Edwards, sisters: Gladys Huff and husband Larry and Sandra Pierce, brothers: James Bracewell and Oran Bracewell and wife Nancy, grandchildren: Jason Presnull and wife Judi, Amy McGee and husband Dawson, Shane Miller, Johnny Miller, Robert Edwards and wife Paige, Eddie Presnull and wife Gabriel, Candice Orosto and husband Rivaldo, Dustin Taft and wife Brinn, Bridgette Kelly and husband Justin, and Rocky Byars and wife Nina, Twenty great-grandchildren, nine great great-grandchildren with number ten due soon, other relatives, and countless friends.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with funeral services at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Allison Funeral Service Chapel in Liberty with interment following at Ryan Cemetery in Tarkington Prairie.
