Cameron Samuel Johnson

With profound sadness and broken hearts, we announce the tragic passing of Cameron Samuel Johnson, lovingly known as “Camo” and “CamBam,” on June 13, 2026. Born on March 6, 2007, Cameron brought joy, laughter, and love to all who knew him. Though his time on earth was far too short, the impact he made on the lives of his family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know him will last forever. His kind heart, adventurous spirit, and unwavering love for those closest to him will be cherished and remembered always.

Cameron was a loving, caring son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend whose smile, laughter, and kind heart touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He had a passion for the outdoors and loved spending his time fishing, hunting, and making memories with his family and friends. Cameron was especially proud of his diesel truck and could often be found working on it, driving it, or talking about his next adventure. He loved hunting, fishing, and being surrounded by the people he cared about most.

Above all else, Cameron cherished his family. He shared a bond with his mother that was truly one of a kind—a connection built on unconditional love, trust, and friendship. Their relationship was special beyond words and will forever remain a treasured part of his family’s hearts.

Cameron’s adventurous spirit, loyalty, and genuine kindness made him someone others naturally gravitated toward. Whether spending time with friends, enjoying the outdoors, or simply being with family, he lived life with enthusiasm and a love for those around him. Those who knew Cameron will remember his infectious smile, his sense of humor, and the way he could make others feel valued and welcomed.

He leaves behind countless memories that will be cherished forever by those who survive him: his parents, Priscilla Johnson Harcrow, Kyle McMullen, and James “BJ” and Misty Johnson; grandparents, Janice and Larry Harcrow, Shelby and Brenda McMullen, John and Elizabeth Rowell/Kawzan, Christine Alvis, and Ginger Dean Turnman; his brother, Cory Harcrow; aunts and uncles, Barbie Harcrow, Ginny Ray, Anthony and Jessica McMullen, Sarah and Matthew McMullen, Sissy McMullen, and Thomas Johnson and Jennifer Gardeno.

He is also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Rankin Harcrow, Ransom Harcrow, Raiden Harcrow, and Kamyden Harcrow; cousins, Cheyanne and Austin and Auddie Williams, Bryan and Angel Conn, Alex and Jasmine and Angelica Garza, Kyendall Coley and Colbe Harcrow, Dusty Harcrow, Caleb McMullen, Jacob McMullen, Noah McMullen, Wyatt McMullen, Kaitlynn McMullen, Ellie , Briar and Raelynn McMullen; his beloved girlfriend, Paige Davis numerous other family members; and a host of friends who loved him dearly and will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

Cameron was preceded in death by his uncle, Larry Harcrow, Jr.; great-grandparents, Ruby and Edward Hopson and Georgia and Gerald Harcrow; and his cousin, Lane Wells.

Though Cameron’s life was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will live on forever. His family and friends will remember him for his caring heart, adventurous soul, infectious smile, and unwavering love for those closest to him.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
