William Mark Moore

William Mark Moore, lovingly known to everyone as Mark, passed away on Aug. 8, 2026. He was born on May 19, 1960, in El Paso, Texas.

Mark was a private and humble man who loved the Lord deeply. His faith was an important part of the way he lived his life—quietly, faithfully, and with a willingness to lend a helping hand whenever someone needed him.

Above all, Mark was devoted to his wife and family. He married his high school sweetheart, Tamara Moore, on Feb. 17, 1979. Together, they shared more than 47 years of marriage, building a life centered on love, faith, family, and devotion to one another.

Mark was a builder by nature and at heart. He was always tinkering with something, repairing something, or figuring out how to make something work. He enjoyed deer hunting and treasured the simple things in life. He was the kind of man who could be counted on when something needed fixing or when someone simply needed a friend. His generosity was often shown through his actions rather than his words.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Trulah Harms Moore Chick, and his brother, Garry Moore.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tamara Moore; his children, Autumn Moore; Lucas Moore and Jennifer; Ansley Chimene Moore and Gabrielle; and Arissa Fehr and Brian; and his brother, Roman Moore and Mary Ann.

He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Kiethon Johnson, Gage King, Alexis Chambers and TC, Bryce Bussey, Luke Moore, Peyton Moore, Addyson Morgan, and Mason Enloe; his great-grandchild, Scarlett Johnson; as well as extended family and many friends.

Mark’s life was not measured by how much attention he drew to himself, but by how deeply he loved, how faithfully he lived, and how readily he helped others. His hands were rarely still, his heart belonged to his family, and his faith belonged to the Lord.

He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him, but the love, lessons, and memories he leaves behind will remain in the hearts of his family and friends for generations to come.
