Geridana Terese “Dana” Hargraves, 50, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at her residence.
Dana was born on Sept. 9, 1976, in Beaumont, Texas, to parents Lonell A. Hargraves and Geri Ann Caissey. She was a former resident of Pearland and had lived in the Dayton area for the past seven years. Dana attended Pearland High School, a homemaker, and was raised in the Christian faith.
Dana was known for being book smart and enjoyed reading, watching movies, and spending time with her cats. She especially loved her fur baby, Cheesecake.
Ms. Hargraves was preceded in death by her father, Lonell A. Hargraves.
She is survived by her husband, David Winters; her son, Richard Parker “Ricky” Walton; her daughter, Destiny Marie Walton and companion, Cody Simms; her granddaughter, Aries Orion Simms; her mother, Geri Ann Caissey Golden and husband, Donald; her brother, Lonell Joseph Hargraves Jr.; her sister, Holly Michelle Byrne; her beloved fur baby, Cheesecake, numerous other relatives, cats, and friends.
