It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Pinkey Lee Clark, who departed this life peacefully on Sept. 27, 2026, at the age of 71. Pinkey Lee Clark was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and a beautiful soul whose gentle presence will be deeply missed.
Pinkey attended Hardin High School, where she graduated in May 30,1975. Throughout her life, she was known for being a quiet woman with a warm spirit, a beautiful smile, and an incredibly big heart. She didn’t have to say much for you to know she cared. Her smile often spoke for her, and those who knew Pinkey knew just how much love she carried in her heart for her family.
Pinkey was the loving mother of her two sons, Ronald Clark Jr. and Derek Clark, and the proud Gigi of her grandson, Nolan Clark, and granddaughter, Nova Clark. Her grandchildren brought a special kind of happiness into her life, and she loved watching them enjoy life and grow.
Before her illness, Pinkey was also a proud member of the motorcycle club Street Lords. She truly enjoyed spending time with her biker family, traveling, attending events, and making memories together. Those experiences brought her joy and reflected the adventurous and social side of Pinkey that those closest to her knew and loved.
Although life presented her with many challenges while she was ill she continued to find joy in the simple things she loved. She enjoyed watching Westerns, listening to music, dancing, doing crossword puzzles, and eating Mexican food. Even through the difficult days, there were still things that could bring a smile to her Pinkey was born to Para Lee Gilliam and Levi Gilliam Sr., both of whom preceded her in death. She shared a special bond with her siblings, Connie Gilliam-Mallett, Ronnie Gilliam, and Levi Gilliam Jr., and was preceded in death by her twin brother, Edward Gilliam.
Pinkey’s life was one of strength, perseverance, love, and quiet grace. For 12 years, she faced circumstances that required tremendous strength, yet she continued to fight and remained surrounded by the people who loved her most. Her family will remember her beautiful smile, her gentle spirit, her strength, and most of all, the love she gave in her own quiet way.
Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that after a long and courageous fight, Pinkey is finally at peace and free from suffering. Her memory will forever live on through her sons, grandchildren, siblings, biker family, extended family, and everyone who was blessed to have known and loved her.
A visitation in honor of Pinkey’s legacy will be on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m., with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM, both being held at Neal Funeral Home 200 S.
