Multi-County Crime Stoppers has released its list of 10 featured felons for the week of Nov. 6, 2026. The individuals are wanted on a variety of charges, including robbery, assault, driving while intoxicated, injury to a child and sexual assault of a child.
The organization serves Montgomery, Liberty and San Jacinto counties and encourages residents to help law enforcement locate wanted individuals by providing anonymous tips. All warrants listed were confirmed active as of Nov. 5, 2026.
This week’s featured felons are:
- Jordan Foster, born July 14, 2005, is wanted on a capias on information warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. His last known area of residence is Maurice Road in Magnolia.
- Alexander Hernandez, born May 19, 2003, is wanted on a motion to revoke warrant for Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon. His last known area of residence is Cobblestone Court in Magnolia.
- Anthony Morgan, born Aug. 8, 1993, is wanted on a motion to revoke warrant for Injury to a Child, Elderly or Disabled Person. His last known area of residence is Roy Harris Loop in Conroe.
- Jeana Peacock, born Oct. 3, 1973, is wanted on an order of arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, Third or Subsequent Offense. Her last known area of residence is Wildwood Street in New Caney.
- Trae Robinson, born June 14, 1983, is wanted on an order of arrest for Assault of a Family or Household Member With a Previous Conviction. His last known area of residence is Knoll Drive in New Caney.
- Jonathan Thornberry, born Nov. 20, 1973, is wanted on an order of arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, Third or Subsequent Offense. His last known area of residence is Longmire Road in Conroe.
- Candice Williams-IdleBird, born May 31, 1977, is wanted on a bond forfeiture warrant for Driving While Intoxicated With a Child Passenger. Her last known area of residence is Cropani Shadow Drive in New Caney.
- Tessa Layman, born Nov. 28, 1985, is wanted on a capias on information warrant for Theft of Property Valued at Less Than $2,500 With Two or More Previous Convictions. Her last known area of residence is Linda Lane in Porter.
- Kelli Addison, born Jan. 19, 1999, is wanted on a capias on information warrant for Robbery. Her last known area of residence is 4th Terrace in Splendora.
- Johnny Mack Brown Jr., born Oct. 24, 1987, is wanted on a capias on information warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child. His last known area of residence is Carmita in Conroe.

Crime Stoppers emphasizes that tipsters must remain anonymous to qualify for a potential reward. Individuals who contact law enforcement directly become witnesses and are no longer eligible for rewards through the Crime Stoppers program.
Residents should not attempt to apprehend any of the individuals listed. Instead, they should contact Crime Stoppers with any information that could assist law enforcement.
