Larry Chalmers Keddie was born in Hanover, New York, on Nov. 10, 1949, to parents, James Fleming Keddie and Mary Elizabeth Dubert Keddie. He entered Heaven’s Gates on June 22, 2025, in Tyler, Texas, at the age of 75 years.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Keddie; daughter, Kimberlei Manning. He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Carole Keddie; children, Kristine Moore and spouse Thomas Wojciechowski Jr, Nicole Keddie, Justin Keddie and spouse Selena, and Joe Manning and spouse Kristi; brothers, Jim Keddie and spouse, Carol, and David Keddie; grandchildren, Xavier Elder, Noah Schmid, Hayden Wojciechowski, Laret Manning, Molli Jo Manning, and Jonathan Gonzalez.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 6-9 p.m., at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas. Funeral Service will be Monday, June 30, 2025, at the Big Sandy Community Church, at 11 a.m., with Bro. Kevin Hendrix officiating. Burial will follow in the Big Sandy Cemetery.
