Two Montgomery County men have been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography following two separate investigations by the Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
In May 2026, Sgt. Serratt of the Pct. 1 ICAC Unit received two separate cyber tips indicating two individuals allegedly possessed child pornography.
Based on evidence developed during the investigations, Sgt. Serratt obtained arrest warrants for both suspects.
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, Trey Hubbard, of Montgomery, was taken into custody by Pct. 1 deputies and charged with possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony under Texas law.
On Friday, May 15, 2026, Christopher Cooke, of Willis and Conroe, was taken into custody by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop and charged with possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony under Texas law.


Both investigations remain ongoing and are being handled by the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force in coordination with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
